Sally Carothers SRA, FRICS
I am President/ CEO of Trunion and responsible for the day to day operations, business development, compliance, quality control, valuation practices, procedures and escalations. I oversee panel management; staff training and provide education to our appraisers.
I grew up and was educated in the United Kingdom, coming to the US to attend grad school at the University of Arkansas. I am a 30 plus year appraiser veteran with a bachelor’s degree in urban Land Management. Over the years I have owned and managed an appraisal firm, taught and wrote appraisal classes, and been a Chief Appraiser for a large national AMC. I joined Trunion in early 2018 as President/ CEO. I am an active advocate for the appraisal profession involved with various appraiser organizations.
I recently moved to my favorite place in the world, Fayetteville, Arkansas. I am a fervent Arkansas Razorback fan and enjoy Arkansas football, basketball and baseball; England rugby; reading mysteries; and hiking with my 2 dogs through the Ozarks.
My name is Susan and I am the Accounting Manager at TrUnion Appraisal Services. I have been with TrUnion since its inception in 2012. I am a lifelong resident of Ohio and live near the Dayton area. I have three grown children, one dog and one cat. When not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy reading.
I was born in Dayton Ohio and have lived here all my life. My career has always been in Accounting and Customer Service. I have worked for TrUnion Appraisal Services for 4 ½ years. I really enjoy my work in the accounting area and the people that I work alongside.
I am currently the Fulfillment Manager at TrUnion and have been a part of the TrUnion Family for over 4 years. I am USPAP certified and specialize in customer care and problem solving. My favorite things to do outside of work are crafting, interior design, and spending time with my husband and two cats.
Sr. Collateral Review Specialist
Hi, I’m Alexis, a wife and mom of one with one on the way. I’m a homebody that enjoys spending time with my family, exploring our small town, drinking all the coffee, reader, and watching sports. I’ve been with TrUnion since 2013 and enjoy working in the quality control department.
Partner Relations Specialist
I have been a Partner Relation Specialist and partial QC reviewer since February of 2018. In my spare time I enjoy movies, video games, wood working and kayaking. Also a huge Star Wars Fan.
Collateral Review Manager
TrUnion employee for over three years, started as Partner Relations and transitioned into a Collateral Review Specialist. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. I enjoy going on hikes with my wife and dog through the woods and beautiful Metroparks! Hobbies include; woodworking, snowboarding and any kind of social or competitive game.
I began working for TrUnion Appraisal Services in July of 2020, where I was assigned the position of Business Development. In my position I help facilitate new business relationships while strengthening existing ones. I have a bachelors degree in History from the University of Arkansas and currently live in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In my free time I enjoy going on hikes with my two dogs (Gracie and Mo) and playing rugby for my local men’s rugby club, the Arkansas Gryphons.

I love spending time with my friends, family, and dog. I enjoy going on hikes, watching tv/movies, and reading.

My name is Emily Warrick and I work as a Partner Relations Specialist and Data Specialist with TrUnion Appraisal Services. I have been with the company for 4 years. I’m 27 years old and lived in Dayton, OH my entire life. I received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wright State University in 2016. I enjoy crafting, knitting, and attending concerts.
My name is Staci Vannatta. I started with TrUnion in March of 2022 as the Compliance Manager. I live in Baltimore, Ohio with my husband. I have 3 grown children and my first grandbaby is on the way very soon!! In my free time I enjoy traveling and gardening but, most of all, spending time with my family.
